Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian in Oregon to provide hospice and palliative care, including compassionate end-of-life decisions, in pets' homes. You will work with families to ensure comfort, dignity, and clear communication, supported by a remote administrative team.

The role offers flexibility and autonomy, with home visits, medical record management, and handling controlled substances in a compliant manner while collaborating with a mission-driven, empathetic culture

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in good standing in Oregon (or eligible).
• Experience in veterinary hospice/palliative care and end-of-life conversations.
• Strong communication skills with families and care teams.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and empathy.

Responsibilities
