PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for PRN availability in the Columbia, SC area. The role involves providing hospice care in patients' homes or care facilities, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality nursing support.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, timely documentation, and maintaining continuity of care within hospice guidelines. Current RN licensure in the practicing state is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
