Job summary

DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking caring HHAs and CNAs to provide in-home care and companionship in the Royal Palm Beach area. You will work with a clinical team to follow each client's care plan and ensure safety at home.

The role requires active Florida CNA license or 40-hour HHA, CPR/BLS, a valid Florida driver's license, and excellent communication skills. Previous home care experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or 40-hour HHA certificate.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Follow the individualized care plan established by the RN/clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations.
