Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Richmond, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality private duty nursing in the patient's home, including high-acuity care such as tracheostomy or ventilator support, with training available.

We offer flexible scheduling with weekend shifts, full-time, part-time, or PRN options, plus comprehensive benefits, weekly or daily pay, and 24/7 local clinical support to help you provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, in-home nursing care as part of Aveanna’s private duty nursing team.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to implement care plans in home settings.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
