Aveanna Healthcare in Mercedes, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support pediatric patients at home. The role features weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday 8a-4p) with flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, or PRN, and training for feeding tube and med administration.

You'll work with a compassionate team to deliver high-quality care, document care on the patient tablet, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and weekly or daily pay.

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Acuity: Feeding tube and med administration (Training Available).
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Document care using the tablet in patients' homes (electronic documentation).

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
