Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under supervision and physician orders. You will follow care plans, document assessments, and respond to patient needs.

You will monitor conditions, educate families, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while participating in care plan updates and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LVN license in Texas
• Current CPR certification and TB test
• Six months of clinical experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
