Formación

• Current, active RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and develop/implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and other direct nursing interventions.
• Manage medications and support safe medication administration.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, treatment plans, and self-management.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support continuity and safe transitions of care.
• Document clinical findings and communicate updates to the care team.
