Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in coverage area Yakima/Klickitat.
• Board certification is required.
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Travel locally to licensed states as needed and conduct home visits.
• Utilize iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing, ordering labs, or changing treatment.”
