Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HHA certificate and have current credentials.
• Must have valid government ID and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home-based care to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Support mobility and transfers; use equipment as directed.
• Monitor health indicators and report changes to supervisor.
