Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) in Weston, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks for individuals with special needs. A valid HHA Certificate or CNA license is required, as well as a relevant driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid HHA Certificate or current CNA license.
• Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Perform personal care tasks including assistance with hygiene and grooming.
• Cook meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Document services provided and changes in clients' conditions.
