Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to clients in Clearfield and surrounding areas. Full-time or part-time roles with flexible hours, prioritizing meaningful relationships and respectful scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and accurate care documentation. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray required.
• Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing).
• Incontinence care and mobility support.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Meal planning and meal preparation.
