Job summary

Home Care Now is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to provide in-home care and companionship in Orlando, FL. You will work one-on-one with clients, assisting with daily activities according to each plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or valid Florida 40-hour HHA training certificate.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Successful completion of Florida Level 2 background screening through AHCA.
• Commitment to completing required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and provide mealtime assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to help clients stay safe.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing support.
• Offer companionship and assistance with daily activities.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to your supervisor.
