Formación

• Nationally recognized Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) is required.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.

Responsabilidades

• Offer in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques.
