Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Marlboro, NJ is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in private residences and senior living communities. You’ll assess, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the option to incorporate telehealth or virtual care to extend access.

Qualifications

• EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification
• License in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain license

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in home or community settings
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence
• Document in EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/SLP)
• Educate patients and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate
