Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses in Seabrook, NH is seeking an In-Home Furniture Repair Service Technician. You will travel to customers' homes, assess damage, and perform repairs on upholstery, leather, fabric, recliner mechanisms, and surfaces.

Youll use hand and power tools, document repairs, manage inventory in the service vehicle, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes.

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused In-Home Furniture Repair Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional service directly to customers in their homes.

Our technicians are trusted professionals who represent the company in customers' homes while performing high-quality furniture and upholstery repairs throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Schedule

• Tuesday thru Saturday 7:30am-4pm (End time varies based on daily service workload)
• Overtime opportunities may be available

What You’ll Do

Ideal Candidate Background

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Furniture repair or finishing
• Upholstery or leather repair
• Woodworking or cabinetry
• Automotive interior repair
• Carpentry or general skilled trades
• Field service technician work
• Mechanical repair or assembly

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Frequent lifting, pushing, and moving furniture (up to 100 lbs unassisted)
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing in/out of vehicles throughout the day
• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Driving for extended periods between service calls
