Job summary

A leading flooring company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Austin, TX. This role offers a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earnings potential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills, with responsibilities including meeting customers in their homes and generating sales. Paid training is provided, as well as opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle for flooring samples.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments is required.
• Ability to use tablet devices for contract preparation.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes for flooring estimates.
• Achieve monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings both in person and virtually.

Skills

Valid driver's license

Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
