Consultants will meet customers in their homes to provide flooring solutions. Qualifications

• Valid license to drive locally and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Present professionally, including in branded apparel.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes for flooring consultations.
• Build customer relationships through pre-qualified leads.
• Achieve self-generated sales to maximize earnings.
• Participate in training to learn the product effectively.
