GYMGUYZ is expanding its mobile personal training team. We bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations with no rent or sales quotas, empowering trainers to work with clients on their terms.

As a Female Exercise Specialist, you’ll design personalized, high-energy sessions, leverage our app for planning and reassessment, and grow through leadership paths within the nationwide network of fitness pros.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our app.
• Conduct reassessments using the app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
