GYMGUYZ Sacramento Northeast is hiring a Mobile Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site workouts across homes and offices. Earn $35-$50 per hour with performance bonuses, and enjoy a flexible schedule that ranges from part-time to full-time.

Expect onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles within a nationwide fitness network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Familiar with mobile and web apps for managing sessions and notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team
