The Family Counselor provides crisis intervention, counseling, and short-term case management for youth ages 11–23 and their families in Granite City, IL.

Responsibilities include in-home and community-based services, coordination with providers, and after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required or Bachelor's in human services with 2+ years experience.
• Experience with high-risk youth and families in crisis preferred.
• Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention and conflict resolution with youth and families.
• Provides individual and family counseling according to program model.
• Provides comprehensive case management services to a caseload of clients and coordinates services.
