Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring an In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarian to serve pet families across Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Celebration, Windermere, Winter Park & Conway in Florida. Enjoy a private, family-owned practice with no non-compete contracts and a focus on meaningful end-of-life care.

We value compassionate clinicians who can work independently in a mobile setting, with weekend availability and a willingness to lift up to 45 lbs if needed.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile hospice setting.
• Weekend rotational availability.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Must exude compassion, dignity and respect for all.
• Professional communication with team and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families.
• Communicate clearly with clients with compassion and empathy.
• Work independently in a mobile environment while maintaining safety.
• Coordinate with team for scheduling and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
