Job summary
Right at Home Westchester in White Plains, NY is seeking compassionate certified caregivers, HHAs, PCAs and CNAs to join our team and provide in-home care across Westchester County and the Bronx. Local candidates within Westchester County and the Bronx are preferred.
We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and two pay rates depending on whether you drive. Opportunities for growth, caregiver referrals, and benefits after one year of employment are available. Interviewing now for immediate shifts.
Qualifications
- 2 years of recent professional elderly caregiving experience (agency or facility)
- Current HHA PCA or CNA certificate from NY (preferred)
- 18+ years of age
- 2 valid forms of identification
- Current physical with lab work (titers, PPD, D/S) within last year
- Covid Vaccinated (boosters not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform caregiving tasks
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes
- Companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Maintain accurate care records
- Communicate with clients, family, and other caregivers for seamless transitions
- Perform other duties to support exceptional care
