Job summary

Speech Improvement Center is hiring an Early Intervention SLPA to deliver in-home speech therapy in Long Beach, CA. You will work under a licensed SLP, leading sessions and applying treatment plans with families in their homes.

The role requires an SLPA license and a degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field. Part-time mornings (9 AM–1 PM) with a base salary range is offered, emphasizing independent and collaborative work with the SLP team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field.
• Valid SLPA license required.
• Ability to work independently under SLP direction and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home therapy sessions targeting child speech and language goals.
• Implement treatment plans provided by supervising SLP.
• Support SLPs with screenings and document progress.
