You will support community integration and interpersonal connections, including personal care, transportation, budgeting help, and documentation. The position requires HS diploma or Bachelor’s with 2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related community-based experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must pass a background check and provide driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification required (may be obtained during onboarding).
• Must be available to work at least 4 hours on weekdays, 8 AM–4 PM.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one in-home services to individuals.
• Support daily activities at home and in the community to build skills.
• Assist with grocery shopping, appointments, transport, and companionship.
• Collaborate with individuals to implement support plans aligned with goals.
• Help with housing applications and government assistance access.
• Assist with budgeting and household management for daily needs.
• Complete daily progress notes to track growth and development.
