Job summary

Herewith is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support a patient transitioning to home dialysis in Oklahoma City. You will provide one-on-one care, set up dialysis equipment, and help maintain a safe, clean treatment space.

Training is provided, you will work with a clinical team, and enjoy stable hours with a single client while making a meaningful impact on the patient’s home-based care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic).
• Willing to complete training for home dialysis support.
• Open to in-home dialysis care with patient-focused approach.
• Reliable and patient, with strong teamwork with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dialysis setup and equipment handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe home treatment environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help manage treatment times and simple ADL tasks.
• Document shift notes and report to nurse.
