Art of Drawers is seeking a design sales consultant who meets homeowners in their homes, learns how kitchens and pantries function, and recommends customized storage and cabinet solutions. You will educate clients on pull-out drawers, storage solutions, and refacing to improve accessibility and appearance.

The role blends sales, space planning, product expertise, and relationship building, with ownership of the design process from needs assessment to solution delivery.

Qualifications

• In-home design sales experience and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to learn and present product features, options, finishes.
• Strong communication, organization, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design appointments with client leads.
• Identify opportunities for pull-out drawers, storage, cabinet refacing.
• Prepare quotes, designs, measurements, and close sales.
• Educate homeowners on product benefits, options, and functionality.
• Present refacing solutions and upgrades, including doors and fronts.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from engagement to project sign-off.
• Collaborate with installers and operations; upload leads and designs.
