3 Day Blinds is seeking a results-driven Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide buyers to confident decisions in a single visit. You'll work with company-provided appointments, receive three weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and tools like a tablet and product samples to support your design recommendations.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day and 4 days per week.
• Reliable transportation and able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
