3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer, is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes and design custom window treatments. You’ll guide buying decisions on the first visit, with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training to kick off a high-impact career.

Expect to manage your own schedule, close sales in the home, generate referrals, and travel within your territory while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first visit to final

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service or retail welcomed.
• No design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
