Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. You’ll work in the field with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training, building a high-impact career from day one.

You’ll manage your schedule, close sales in homes, and grow your business through referrals, with uncapped earning potential and a national brand support network.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally—territory is your office

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
