Renken Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to sell our premium bath remodeling solutions directly to homeowners. This full-time outside sales role focuses on delivering a proven presentation, closing deals daily, and learning our product line within the first 90 days.

You will work with pre-qualified prospects, while our team handles order processing and post-sale changes. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

Creating a fresh solution to bath remodeling, Renken Remodeling offers a stylish, cost-effective, low‑maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, including consumers with accessibility needs. We were created to meet the needs of consumers who were dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship available in the marketplace. Standing behind our products, we have developed an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship as a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions and have extended that level of quality into all of our products.

A full‑time outside sales position; you will develop relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. Your only focus is selling; we handle order processing and post‑sale changes. You should learn our training process and products within the first 90 days, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.
