Job summary

Angelic Home Care Agency LLC seeks a compassionate Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant for a permanent, consistent in-home care assignment in Concord, NC. Location is Concord, NC with part-time hours, ongoing schedule, start ASAP, serving an adult client with dementia.

Responsibilities include daily living activities, companionship, safety, and adherence to the care plan, with strong communication with family and care team. Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsible.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily activities.
• Able to commit to a long-term, consistent assignment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Arabic-speaking is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Assist with the client’s daily routine and safety.
• Provide appropriate support related to dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
• Follow the client’s care plan.
• Communicate with the family and care team.
• Document care provided accurately.
