Preferred Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist for the Children’s Mobile Response program at the Toms River main office. This full-time role focuses on in-home crisis intervention and stabilization for children and families in Ocean County, NJ, with an emphasis on timely de-escalation and follow-up services.

Requires a Master's or BA in Human Services with relevant experience, valid NJ driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Masters degree plus 1 year experience in a Human Services discipline.
• BA with 1 year of experience in Human Services.
• Experience with children and families in crisis settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home intervention and de-escalation for children and families.
• Follow-up stabilization and case management across Ocean County.
• Demonstrate strong computer and time management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
