Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes across the Rogue Valley, including Medford and surrounding areas. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily tasks to improve safety and independence.

As a caregiver, you’ll use a mobile app to document care and coordinate with a supportive office team. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth abound in a team that values your hard work and empathy.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Follow care plans and document daily notes using the app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors and vulnerable adults continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. More than providing care, you'll offer companionship, build trust, and become an important part of someone's daily life.

Your responsibilities will include:

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you build your confidence and succeed in your role.
