Pay Range

This range is provided by Golden Years Home Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes.
• Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
