Job summary

Visiting Angels CPD, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA or PCA to provide in-home care in Villa Rica, GA. The role involves assisting with ADLs, vital signs, medication support, and memory care for clients with dementia or developmental disabilities.

You will document care using EMR/EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate has valid CNA/PCA credentials, CPR, and prior home health or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification or PCA license.
• CPR certification required; hospice/palliative care exposure a plus.
• Experience with dementia care or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Monitor health status and document vital signs.
• Support medication administration and documentation in EMR/EHR.
• Provide memory care for Alzheimer’s/dementia patients.
• Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts safely.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Document care activities while protecting HIPAA privacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to follow care plans.
