Job summary

Executive Home Care of Manassas is seeking a compassionate CNA/PCA caregiver to join our in-home care team in Manassas, VA. You will provide personalized care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transport to appointments, with training and development opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or PCA certification preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands as required.
