Job summary

Family Life care is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team in Florida. You will provide compassionate, professional in-home care, assist with ADLs, prepare meals, monitor health, and offer companionship while following each client's care plan.

This role offers flexible assignments across long-term care and recovery support, with emphasis on reliability, strong observation, and excellent communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills and communication with clients and families.
• Ability to perform ADLs, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments.
• Work under care plans and follow schedules.
