Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care for pediatric and adult clients in Montgomery County. We emphasize integrity, compassion, and high-quality care, with a focus on safety and dignity in every visit.

You will perform personal care tasks per RN instructions, maintain a clean home environment, monitor basic health metrics, and report changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in home care is preferred.
• Current, valid Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities per RN assignment, including hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment with light cleaning and organization.
• Measure intake/output and monitor temperature, pulse, respiration, or blood pressure.
• Keep records of personal health care activities and report to the RN.
• Observe appearance and behavior changes and report to the RN.
