Comfort Keepers in Collinsville, Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, dementia-focused care for a client living in Collinsville. The caregiver will work one-on-one in the client's home, offering companionship, safety, and personalized support tailored to memory care needs.

Ideal candidates have CNAs with dementia experience, reliable transportation, and a dependable schedule.

Qualifications

• Current CNAs in good standing
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one dementia care and companionship
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Offer reassurance, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
• Maintain consistent routines to promote comfort
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior
• Follow care plan and complete visit documentation
• Communicate professionally with office and family
