Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Home Health Aides / Certified Nurse Assistants to deliver in-home care for veterans and other clients in Tennessee. You can create your own schedule, providing one-on-one care that improves quality of life and peace of mind for patients and families.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification, CPR and TB test, with experience in transfers, vital signs, documentation, ROM, and ADLs.

Formación

• Active CNA certification in TN
• Current CPR certification and TB test
• Experience in home health care or willingness to train

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home health services to clients in Tennessee
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising clinicians
