Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Centreville is seeking experienced CNAs to provide in-home care in Centreville, Manassas and surrounding communities. You will perform bathing, transfers, toileting, incontinence care, and companionship, with lifting up to 25 lbs. A valid VA CNA license, CPR, TB screening, and a clean background check are required.

Driver's license with reliable transport is needed. Positions available on Tue/Thu/Fri (8–10 hours) and weekends (5–6 hours).

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA license required and CPR certification.
• Experience with bathing, transfers, toileting, and incontinence care required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance requested.
• Comfortable working in homes with dogs and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB screening per Virginia regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence support.
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility for clients.
• Support daily routines and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and attentive supervision.
• Administer medication reminders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed.
