ameriCARE Fort Worth is seeking Care Providers to join our in-home care team in the Fort Worth area. You will assist clients with ADLs, engage in social activities, and document client changes while maintaining a positive and professional client experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant caregiver experience preferred
• current auto liability required

• taking initiative at client's homes & engaging in social activities
• effectively documenting client changes
• effectively communicating with team
