Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous experience in home health or long-term care setting preferred.
• Negative TB test (within past 12 months).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home care for seniors and those with health challenges.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output and monitor blood glucose.
