Full-time and part-time positions available, with day to overnight shifts and flexible scheduling. You will follow each client's care plan, assist with daily living activities, document care, and coordinate with clinical staff.

Qualifikationen

• Active Maine CNA license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Cell phone for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to assist with transfers and physical care tasks.
• Age 18+ with high school diploma or GED.

• Follow client care plans: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, hygiene, mobility and transfers.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and monitoring changes in condition.
• Document accurately during each shift; contact clinical staff when needed.
