Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in the Erie, CO area. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with access to tax retention and benefits programs offered through GHHC.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
• Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care for the patient in a familiar setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Remind patient to take medications as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of service.
• Communicate with the patient’s family, doctors, and others involved in care.
