Job summary

Simplicity Healthcare Management is seeking a CNA to provide daily living assistance, meal prep, and personal care under supervision. You’ll accompany clients to appointments, run errands, and offer companionship while maintaining documentation of care and status.

Requirements include 1–2 years of CNA experience, Georgia CNA certification, and CPR/First Aid. Ongoing training and adherence to agency protocols are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of CNA experience.
• Certification as a CNA in the State of Georgia and registered through the Georgia State Registry.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification, auto insurance and annual TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including care needs, meals, eating, bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing bed linens, dusting, dishes, vacuuming.
• Transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments as needed.
• Run errands for the client as directed by supervisor.
• Provide companionship and temporary relief to the caregiver.
• Adhere to supervisor instructions and document client status in writing and verbally.
