Job summary

Apex Care Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in private homes in the Raleigh area. You will work independently in clients’ residences, supported by an RN Supervisor and agency leadership for guidance.

Shifts range from a few hours to full day, with flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and PRN). Travel between client homes may be required, with pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document observations.
• Comfortable working independently in client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and mobility.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support medication reminders as permitted by scope of practice.
• Accurately document care and observations for RN supervision.
• Communicate changes in client condition promptly to the RN Supervisor.
