SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants in Saint Petersburg, FL to provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support mobility, prepare meals, and offer companionship in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA Certification is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Level 2 Background screening with fingerprinting.
• Recent TB Test results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency standards.
