Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license (required).
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable working independently in a home care setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must not have substantiated findings on the Maine CNA/Direct Care Worker Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility assistance in clients' homes.
• Monitor vital signs and health observations.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document accurately and report incidents per policy.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA procedures.
