Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in delivering in-home care for seniors who wish to age in place. You will work one-on-one with clients, building relationships and providing a range of care services with empathy and integrity.

You will help with daily activities, provide companionship, and support a safe, dignified home environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care is a plus.
Must have daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
TB test (negative) required by Indiana state.
Must be physically able to lift/push/pull approximately 25 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
A compassionate heart for older adults; excellent communication.
Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

Social companionship and one-on-one interaction with clients.
Assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping.
Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments as needed.
Standby safety support during transfers and overnight care as required.
